Dr. Paul Ellis ist Autor preisgekrönter Bücher und Kommentare wie Das Hyper-Grace-Evangelium und Briefe von Jesus. Paul’s message of radical grace has reached readers in over 200 countries, and his books have been translated into nearly a dozen languages. Through his popular website, Flucht in die Realität, he has helped countless people break free from performance-based religion and discover the rest and joy found in Christ alone.
With a background as a pastor, professor, and Bible smuggler, Paul combines theological depth with pastoral insight. His thoughtful yet accessible style has led some to describe him as “C.S. Lewis with a Kiwi accent.”
When he is not working on the Grace Commentary, he is taking the best bits and polishing them for Die Gnadenbibel — a study Bible designed for the everyday reader.
Paul has lived in Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States. He currently resides in New Zealand with his wife Camilla and their four children.
