100,000 Words Added

Romans is complete.

It’s one thing to write a book, as I have just done with Romans; it’s another thing to transfer the book onto the Grace Commentary.

Last week, Camilla finished uploading all the new commentary material for the sixteen chapters of Romans. The new content amounts to about 100,000 words. That’s more material than we added to the Grace Commentary in all of 2024. The upload was a big job!

To the best of my knowledge, the Grace Commentary is the only grace-based commentary covering every verse and phrase in Paul’s monumental letter.

If you are a preacher or teacher, there’s enough material here for 50 sermons or lessons. And if you’re just a regular Bible reader, you’ve got enough great content to last for six months of private study.

Again, for those who may be wondering about the difference between the Grace Commentary and the Grace Bible, the latter is the printed version of the former.

You can read everything for free on the Grace Commentary, or you can read it in book form in The Grace Bible. The content is identical. Capiche?

I’m super excited to have completed Romans. When I started the Grace Commentary, completing Romans was a distant dream. And now it’s done.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing supporters for funding this massive project.

Grace and peace,

Paul

  1. What wonderful news Paul, and on a Monday… It’s going to be a great week despite our triple digits forecast for Southern California. But, then again it is July! 😅 Looking forward to delving into your grace insights on Romans. Thanks!
